RESET presents A Safe Space: The Black Experience taking place every Saturday between 1 August 2020 and 29 August 2020. Sessions will take place on:

  • Session 1 - 01.08.2020 - Black Identity and the Black Experience
  • Session 2 - 08.08.2020 - Race and Trauma
  • Session 3 - 15.08.2020 - Hope, Change and Antiracism.
  • Session 4 - 22.08.2020 - Wellbeing and Self-Care
  • Session 5 - 29.08.2020 - The Future, Series Reflections & Closing

Hosted by Dr Roberta Babb (Registered Clinical Psychologist), this free course will allow members of the black community to explore elements of their culture, experience, their past and mental health.

The sessions will take place over 5 weeks and once registered you will be committing to all 5 sessions, they will be delivered over Zoom.

To keep the session intimate, spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once registered the same attendees will be expected to participate in the group sessions over the next 4 weeks. Sign up now!
